Natalia Zaitseva (b. 1983) is an artist and writer who works with theater, performance, video, and participatory practices. Her interests include personal narratives, autofiction literature, and fringe dramaturgy. 

Since 2012, Natalia Zaitseva has been active as a dramaturg, journalist, writer, and theater director within the Moscow feminist scene. Her plays have been staged at the Meyerhold Center and other theaters. After 2022, Zaitseva has been working as an artist in exile in Leipzig.

In 2023, her performative essay Die Autorin premiered in Leipzig at Schaubühne Lindenfels. In 2023 the video work Interview with the Pistol became part of the permanent exhibition of the Armoury (Rüstkammer) at the Dresden State Art Collections (SKD).
